Our mission is to support well-being across Norfolk and Suffolk by offering a dynamic approach to counselling.

• We are able to offer a service within the coloured section of the map below by providing our crisis resolution service in your home or within a community setting near you.
  
• Outside this area we will make an additional charge for a home visit.
  
• Counselling and Advocacy is offered in various settings across Norfolk and Suffolk. Please contact us by telephone or email for your nearest location.
  
• We are happy to offer appointments between 9.00am & 7.00pm Monday to Friday and at weekends by arrangement.
  
• Telephone contact: 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
  An answer-phone is available to leave a message if we are not available to take your call or if you call outside these hours. We will always ring you back, so please leave your name and number.
  
• We may be prepared to travel outside the locality by special arrangement. Please contact us with your request.
